A graduate-level required course for Ed.M. students to survey foundational skills and knowledge to consume and apply research to practice using a flipped classroom model and team-based learning. Topics covered in the course include descriptive evidence (quantitative and qualitative), research paradigms, experimental evidence (causal and quasi), synthetic evidence, and process evidence.

Educated resident advisors and residence life interns through social identity discussion, cycle of socialization, microaggressions, inclusive languages, and cycle of liberation group debriefs.
