2019 Mid-year Housing Survey
California State University, Long Beach
This mixed method project analyzed the survey result of 40% of the residential population by using ANOVA analysis for cross-community comparison and word cloud visualization for feedback trends. Results were utilized to advise staff in creating programs that meet residents' need, to create staff training that resolve service complaints, and to identify areas of improvements for residential curriculum implementation.

WACUHO Member Engagement Survey
Western Association College and University Housing Office
This mixed method project is designed for the Western Association of College and University Housing of Officers to assess the engagement levels among its members. By designing a comprehensive survey and marketing plan, the result of this survey will provide feedback for the Executive Board on how to increase support for its members and improve outreach efforts.

2018 New Student Orientation Evaluation
Stevens Institute of Technology
Working under the direction of Associated Vice President, this project analyzes the 2018 New Student Orientation based on current trends, student transitions, the first-week experiences, housing allocations, and student demographics. Data and executive summaries are used to improve next year's orientation process and programs.

Educational Benchmarking, Inc. (EBI) Annual Survey Fall 2017

This qualitative project analyzed institutional EBI survey results based on Boyer’s Principle of Community, current programming model, and reoccurring themes for Office of Residence Life to review feedback and improve programming initiatives.

Assessment Proposal: Student Adjustment, Transition, and Orientation
New York University, Shanghai
The assessment proposal provided 3 different assessment plans based on different institutional goal (student development focused vs. programming efficiency focused), administering methods (single-time survey vs. longitudinal focus group), and development theories (acculturation, student transition, and student involvement).
It aslso provided an empirical approach to orientation evaluation for the goal of improving survey responses and measurement efficiency (control group - comprehensive evaluation vs. experimental group - selective evaluation).

Institutional Benchmark
New York University, Shanghai
The Diversity Initiative Program project benchmarked NYU Shanghai's Diversity Initiative programs against nearby international schools based on the mission statement, programming, staff support, and social justice education resources. Benchmark institutions include: Yale-National University of Singapore, National University of Singapore, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Waseda University, Yonsei University.
The First Year Experience project benchmarked NYU Shanghai's First Year Experience curriculum against U.S. based higher education institutions based on curriculum design, lesson topics, and instruction method. Benchmark institutions include: University of California, San Diego, New York University, UMass Darthmouth, Western Carolina University
